Founding Fees, Term & Development Phase
Founding Membership fees are billed annually at the rate in effect at the time of enrollment.
Founding Partner fees, where offered, are one-time payments that confer lifetime Founding Partner status.
Because Elevé is in a development and launch phase, timelines for opening physical locations, launching facilities, or expanding services may change.
Elevé will not charge subsequent annual Founding Membership fees until operations have officially commenced.
All Founding Membership and Founding Partner fees are non-refundable, except in the event that Elevé permanently abandons development of the Elevé Central ecosystem or formally discontinues the Founding Membership program, as determined in Elevé’s sole discretion.
