The Experience Preview What’s Included ✓ Round-Trip Elevé Travel Spa Experience Aroma-infused cabin with red light therapy, shiatsu massage seating, curated music, and guided breathwork during travel. ✓ Elevé Wellness Host (non-intrusive support) Your host provides orientation, helps set intentions, and remains available throughout the day for gentle guidance, questions, and grounding points. ✓ Full Facility Access Enjoy saunas, relaxation lounges, warm & cold hydrotherapy pools, clay and mineral rooms, and meditation spaces. ✓ Massage Service Included 60-minute massage is pre-arranged for each participant. --- Important Experience Notes This retreat includes access to traditional Korean bathhouse facilities. Bathhouse areas are gender-separated and require full nudity. Participation in the bathhouse is entirely optional. Guests who prefer not to use the bathhouse may begin the guided sauna and relaxation circuit instead. All guests receive a spa uniform at check-in, and this is worn throughout the shared areas of the facility. --- What’s Not Included Meals, beverages, personal retail purchases, and optional spa upgrades (such as body scrubs or extended treatments) may be purchased individually at the facility. > We honor personal choice. Each participant selects lunch and any optional upgrades based on their own needs. --- What to Bring • Tumbler with hot water for herbal tea moment • Socks (recommended for sauna rooms) • ID (required to receive locker key) • Money or card for personal purchases --- Arrival & Checkout Process Guests will: 1. Check in at the front desk to receive locker keys and spa uniforms 2. Store personal belongings in their lockers 3. At the end of the retreat, return to the front desk to settle any personal purchases before retrieving their ID This process is standard for all guests of the facility. --- Retreat Schedule 9:00 AM – Meet your Elevé Wellness Host & group orientation 9:15 AM – Travel Spa journey (tea ritual, breathwork, relaxation) 10:15 AM – Arrival + locker assignment + facility orientation 10:45 AM – Choose Your Path: Bathhouse hydrotherapy or Sauna Circuit + Rest Lounges 12:30 PM – Lunch (individually purchased) 1:30 PM – Second rotation / quiet time / journaling / nap / meditation spaces 3:30 PM – Change & prepare for departure 4:00 PM – Closing reflection + return journey 5:00 PM – Arrive back renewed
